@Jumain_Qureshi , @Zahid_Niyo - I was trying to apply for Niyo Global DCB Debit Card. But while filling application the occupation field was just after dependent and I entered it as self employed. But I’m salaried and after that I realised it only after the video kyc and they told it’s not accepted. I can’t go back and edit the details. Can you reset the application so that I can try again. It’s urgent. My ticket id is #2372140

I’m sorry to hear about the delay with your transfer. Sometimes, due to rare server issues with either of the banks, it can take a bit longer for the money to show up in your account. If it doesn’t reflect within 24-48 hours, it will be reversed back to your source account.

It is urgent for me. Can you please check? Because the UPI transaction made today went through easily.
The issue is with yesterday’s transaction. It has been 24hours.

I get your concern @Mansi_Munjal. I have checked in with the DCB Bank team, and it turns out they were having some issues with UPI payments yesterday. They assured me it should be all sorted by the end of today.

@Jumain_Qureshi i am facing a similar issue with DCB global debit card. My mother is self employed after that the next page has the occupation option so I let it continue and during the video kyc I realised it and kya got rejected and if you can help me with reseting the page. Please help me with resetting the page and the ticket id is #2410827

I was trying to buy something online using my DCB Bank Niyo Global Debit card. But the transaction was declined. This is the message I received: “The payment was rejected by the issuer, please try again. If the issue persists, please contact your bank.”

Hi.

I am having a similar problem. In the Niyo app, while applying for the Niyo Global DCB debit card, the following message was flashing 'Your DCB account cannot be created". So I visited the Local branch and applied for the card.

I got the card last Wednesday and activated the same using DCB baking app. but I am unable to link it to Niyo Global app.
some information regarding my Niyo Global Debit card is as follows-

Date of Account Opening: 29.07.2024
Customer Name : Debayan Gupta
Branch Pincode/Name: 700029/Gariahat

Can you guide me how to link the card to the Niyo app?

It seems you’re having trouble linking your new DCB debit card to the Niyo Global app. Here’s a step-by-step guide to help resolve the issue:

  1. Clear App Cache and Storage: Go to your device settings and clear both the cache and storage for the Niyo app.
  2. Close the Niyo App: After clearing the cache and storage, make sure to fully close or kill the Niyo app from your recent apps list.
  3. Resume Onboarding: Use the following link to complete the onboarding process: Resume Onboarding. If prompted, enter the OTP to verify your mobile number.

If you continue to experience difficulties, please let us know. We’ll investigate further and assist you as needed.

I am unable to do the sign up for the DCB debit card. I have ordered the SBM credit card but the debit card by DCB page is not loading. It just keeps going round and round
