Is there any update for ticket? No one has tried reaching me from the bank. They reverted to the email i sent them by saying that they will respond by july 15th? That is almost 2 months from today? Am i supposed to wait for quite a significant amount for this long?

The bank hasnt contacted me even today. Im sorry for following up so often but its been more than a week from the date of transaction and I’m really worried.

I understand what you’re saying but atleast give me an expected date? I gave you my ticket number too. My travel date is nearing and i have no other options. Please could you provide me some kind of tangible updates? Any help is really appreciated
