Even after so much back and forth of conversation i am still unable that card and my important transaction is still pending because of this issue, the Disappointment is clear, can you please look into the matter seriously and get it done by today ?!?! People have other works to do too instead of spending thier whole day for making a transaction

We truly understand how critical this is for you and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. While we work on resolving it on priority, we request you to kindly try an alternate mode of payment for now or you can use our FD backed credit card as explained.

Can i get that fd card instantly ?!? And after getting that credit card can i use it instantly for international transactions??? If you can assure me this I’ll get that

Upon creating a Fixed Deposit (FD), a virtual card will be generated instantly, allowing you to perform international e-commerce transactions immediately. Your physical card will be delivered within 5-7 working days.
The credit limit on your card will be equivalent to your FD amount. Unlike traditional credit cards, a bill is generated only for the amount utilized.
Please note, effective from 15th June, the available credit limit will be 90% of your FD amount as of now its 100%.

I’m writing to raise a concern regarding a $120 transaction (using my Niyo X Equitas Bank Card) that was held as security money/incidental charge during my stay at a hotel in Residence Inn Atlanta Downtown, Atlanta, USA on 7th May 2025 (USA Time Zone).
The hotel has confirmed, that the amount was only a hold and not charged, and that it has been released from their end upon my checkout. As per their advice, I am reaching out to you since the release process from the hotel’s end is complete, and the amount should now be credited back to my Equitas / Niyo X account.
Kindly look into this matter and help initiate the reversal or credit of the $120 to my account at the earliest. Please let me know if you need any further details from my side.
