Hello, yesterday I made a payment of ₹5000 via Niyo UPI to my DCB Bank account. It’s been over 24 hours but the balance is not reflecting. Please resolve this issue since it’s very urgent. I also raised a ticket with ticket number: 2394678.

Hello, I have already contacted with DCB customer care and they told me that they didn’t receive any amount of money from me. However, since the transaction is a success they told me to inform the niyo team as it may be a problem on their part, not the bank.
My niyo account is under the name of Rahul Das with 6291209787 as the registered mobile number. Please refer to the screenshot I am attaching. You will get the niyo transaction id there as well. Please resolve this issue as the money was successfully transferred from my sbi bank.

Hi! I am Adittya Chaudhuri and a user of Neo card. I am now in Germany. Today, I transferred a sum of Rs 40000 and Rs 1000 from my SBI account through IMPS to my DCB bank account 08714600000301 linked to my Neo card. Although I received the sms that my DCB bank account was credited with the money (Attaching the sms screenshots), my card balance in the Neo app remained unchanged. It’s been 2 hours. Please help me, this is urgent. I am happy to give further details.
