Only 1 out of 3 i.e. 69.9 euros from Zara was credited into my account.
Remaining two are still pending.
Pending ones:

  1. from Sixt car rental
  2. from Hotel Martinez

Please look in to for remaining two and get them clear asap.

I have been trying to use my Niyo Global SBM debit card on Amazon .com but it’s not working. International online transactions are activated and there’s enough balance. Still, I always receive email from Amazon that the payment declined.

It’s been 10 days since I raised an issue about not receiving my refund. 7 days since the refund for the second transaction was raised and 6 days since I contacted Niyo support but didn’t received any resolution even after it was realised as priority.
Please look into the same and do the needful asap .

As the refund process and timelines follow standard banking regulations, there’s limited intervention from Niyo. However, we’re doing our best to expedite the process for you :rocket:.

The standard refund timelines as confirmed by merchants and banks is 7-14 business days then why closure date is 1.5 months away?
I have mentioned it earlier that I am still in France and I need that money.
Hope Niyo understand the need and discuss with DCB Bank and sort it out at earliest.
