Dear Sir,

I have initiated two transactions from my Union Bank account (Account No: 055512010000653, IFSC: UBIN0805556). The first transaction was for an amount of ₹6,000, followed by a second transaction of ₹12,000. Both amounts were intended to be transferred to my SBM Forex Debit Card (Account No: 20012521010622, IFSC: STCB0000065).

However, I have not received the credited amounts in my SBM Forex account. I have attached the transaction details below for your reference.

Kindly look into the matter and advise me on how I can recover the funds or have them successfully credited to my SBM account. I have mailed you guys as well, awaiting your help.

Looking forward to your prompt assistance.

Yours sincerely,

B. Solomon Raju,

Hi,

Looking for resolution soon.

Hey @vikram_sehgal We’ll get back to you with an update soon :three_o_clock:. Appreciate your patience and understanding :folded_hands::blush:

[UPDATE] - The amount is reflecting now in the Niyo app. Thanks to Nithin from the Niyo team for a super prompt resolution.

I had transferred Rs.4000 to my Niyo DCB Debit Card using Google Pay’s Bank Transfer feature. The amount is not reflecting in the Niyo app. A subsequent transfer of Rs.500 worked and is reflecting but the 4000 has disappeared. I had raised an issue in the support chat but the agent just said they had forwarded the case to the concerned team, but haven’t received any acknowledgement of the case on Email, SMS etc.

I made a transaction to purchase a laptop. The transaction was successful but merchant is refusing knowledge of transaction. I am trying to followup with Merchant, but very little hope. Can I dispute the transaction? What will be the last day for filing such dispute?

We appreciate your time over the call. As discussed, we kindly request you to wait for up to 15 days from the date of the transaction, which is the standard auto-refund TAT for such declined transactions. In case the refund doesn’t reflect after this period, please feel free to write back, and we’ll be happy to take it forward for further investigation.
