I made a bill payment to Niyo Global Credit card from SBM savings account 2 weeks ago and its still not reflected in credit card account, although money has been debited from the savings account. I raised a ticket 2641139 but there is no update on it for the past 2 weeks.
Their customer support is the worst and I wouldn’t recommend any of their product to anyone. SBM bank is also not responding on this matter.

Hello Niyo community folks,
I used Niyo card for my recent Turkey trip. During the sales pitch of the card I was advises that every international ATm withdraw will have 400 rupees INR charges and gst which also will be refunded for usage of over 1 lac. Besides that there are no hidden charges. Unfortunately, when I used my card internationally, I was charged INR 400 and Local currency 400. I feel deceived. I had confirmed with sales representative about hidden charges. I need a refund for my charges which they have applied in Lira for usage of ATM

To clarify, for international ATM withdrawals, DCB debit cards incur a charge of INR 425 + 18% GST per transaction, while SBM debit cards are charged INR 423 + 18% GST. Please also be aware that the ATM provider may impose an additional fee, which should be visible at the ATM, but we do not have visibility over those charges.

I was withdrawing dollars from the bank of georgia atm, the machine worked fine, I entered all the required details, then the atm machine asked me to collect my card but card did not come out, then the transaction was declined and no money came from the atm as the card got stuck and did not come out. When I checked my account it was debited for the amount i was withdrawing, I contacted the bank of georgia they said the transaction was reversed at the same time, but I have not received the amount yet.
Any solution for this?
