Dear Niyo Support Team,

This is the second time in the last five days that I have encountered issues with transactions from my Niyo card via ATM.

  1. First Transaction:
  • Date/Time: January 10, 2025, at 4:06 AM (IST)
  • Amount: ₹3,868(45$)
  • RRN: 500922002466
  • Issue: The amount was debited from my account via ATM, but the receiver did not receive the funds.

It has been five days, and I have received no response or refund for this transaction.

  1. Second Transaction:
  • Date/Time: January 14, 2025, at 12:07 AM (IST)
  • Amount: ₹98,873(1150$)
  • RRN: 501318391603
  • Issue: Similarly, this amount was debited through ATM, but the receiver has not received the funds either.

The total amount in question is substantial, and these delays are highly concerning and unacceptable. I rely on these funds to pay my fees, and this situation is causing significant inconvenience.

I have attached screenshots of both transactions for your reference. Please prioritize this matter and provide an update or refund at the earliest.

Your immediate attention to resolving this issue is expected. If this is not addressed promptly, I will have to escalate the matter further.

I have mailed both niyo and dcb and dcb respond as htye will reply me by 26th feb seriously like 40 days and but no respond from niyo please help i am stuck my first transaction was made on 10th it been 5 days no respond and 2nd transaction has also took place 1 day ago it was more than lakh rupees i am international student i need help as soon as possible please look into it how much more time i have to wait for my refund

actually mailed with 2 different mail so got to tickets sorry
and also mailed to niyo bharat care ticket no - 483812

Only getting tickets but no respond i am an international student and already having stress and i am getting pressure to pay fees as soon as possible and my money is been stuck please look into it

It has been more than 5 days since my initial post, and this is my second attempt to get assistance. You are the second member of the community to respond, but my experience with the first post was disappointing. After 1-2 messages, I received no further replies, and now, with this post, I fear the same might happen again.

I am not receiving any solutions or clear guidance on what to do. My money is stuck, and no one seems to be helping or responding properly. It has been too many days, and I am extremely frustrated. At the very least, could you provide a reference or update on what has happened and how much longer this process might take?

On my last post, another person commented, but after that, there were no replies to my messages. This lack of response is unacceptable and not helpful at all. Please help me resolve this matter as soon as possible.
