On December 7, 2024, I attempted to withdraw 2000 AED using my Niyo Global Card in the UAE. The transaction was declined, and I received confirmation via WhatsApp. However, the amount was still deducted from my account.

Despite raising a complaint (Ticket: CS1515807, RRN: 434117747196), it has been over a week, and my refund is still pending. As a student, this delay is causing significant financial stress.

I urge you to process the refund immediately and provide an update on the status. Your prompt action will be greatly appreciated.

I tried to withdraw AED 600 from my Niyo Global SBM debit card in Dubai but the transaction timed out (Habib Bank, Bur Dubai, Dubai atm) and no cash was dispensed to me. However the money got debited from my account and also the atm fees and tax got charged. I raised a dispute for the atm transaction - reference no. - SR1261905. Atm transaction RRN - 404346332038224. Please look into this and get the amount back into my SBM account.

Hello Team, I tried to transfer amount using phonepe. The amount got deducted and also showed successful transaction from phonepe but it is not reflecting my Niyo account. Let me know what information is needed from my end.

My refund from H&M for £34.65 was released by the company on 11 th December, I still haven’t received it ,can you check ?

It’s been over month how ever there is still no response the chargeback yet not raised

We’re pleased to inform you that the chargeback has been successfully accepted, and a reversal of Rs. 1,43,122.55 was credited to your SBM Savings account on 17-12-2024 at 05:15:57 PM.

If you’re currently abroad, we recommend locking your card when not in use to prevent any unauthorized transactions. You can easily lock and unlock your card through the card settings section in your app.
