We tried reaching you but couldn’t connect. To update your registered mobile number with Niyo, please follow the steps below:
Step 1:
Ensure your mobile number/email is updated for all your linked bank accounts (**SBM / DCB **) associated with Niyo.
Step 2:
Once updated at the bank level, share the confirmation email you receive from the bank with us at
global.escalation@goniyo.com and provide the ticket ID here. We’ll then proceed to update your details in the Niyo app.
