I have lost my registered mobile number. Now I’m not login to the app without that mobile number. What should I do?

Here is the process for updating your phone number, depending on whether you currently have a bank account created through Niyo:

If You Have a Bank Account Created Through Niyo
To ensure a seamless update, please follow these two steps:

Update at the Bank: First, update your new phone number directly with the partner bank.

Notify Niyo: After updating with the bank, please notify us by sending an email to global@goniyo.com from your existing registered email ID. We will then process the necessary changes on our back end to enable your application login.

If You Do Not Have a Bank Account Created Through Niyo
The process is simpler in this case:
- Contact Support Directly: Please write an email to our support team at global@goniyo.com, providing your new phone number. Our team will update our records directly, allowing you to log in to the application.

I called the SBM BANK they said I have to change the mobile number first at Niyo global.

Please note that for security and compliance, the mobile number in the Niyo application can only be updated after it has been successfully changed in the bank’s records (SBM Bank).

Update at the Bank: Please ensure your new mobile number is officially updated with SBM Bank first.

Notify Niyo: Once the bank confirms the update, please send an email to global@goniyo.com from your existing registered email ID, providing us with your new number.
After receiving your email confirmation that the bank update is complete, we will make the necessary changes in the Niyo application so you can log in.
