To update your mobile number in the Niyo Global app, we’ll need your consent via email from your registered email ID to “ global.escalation@goniyo.com “. Please mention your concern and attach a mobile number bill or invoice of your new number (in your name). Once we receive your email and document, we’ll update your mobile number in our records.
For reference:
Postpaid Users: Share a copy of your monthly bill showing the new number.
Prepaid Users: Share a copy of the payment invoice or receipt reflecting your new number.
Steps to download receipts from your network provider:
VI (Vodafone Idea): Open Menu → Select Receipt View → Download or save the receipt.
My Jio App: Click Jiocare (bottom) → Search Bills and Statement → Navigate to My Statement → Download the recent statement.
BSNL Self-Care App: Go to Bills & Payments → Payment History → Click Download to obtain the duplicate receipt.
Airtel: Click top left → Manage Accounts → Prepaid/Postpaid tab → Recharge Receipt → Go to Transaction History → Download the receipt.
Once we receive your consent and document, your mobile number will be updated, and you’ll be able to continue using the app without issues. We truly appreciate your patience and cooperation!

Thanks for following up. We’ve checked with SBM Bank and found that your KYC is still pending. You’ll need to complete your KYC to get your account activated first, after which we can proceed with your mobile number change request. Please note that the re-KYC process can only be completed while you’re in India. Once that’s done, we’ll be able to help you smoothly with the next steps. Looking forward to your confirmation once the KYC is completed so we can take it ahead for you.

Option 1: Check for a Re-KYC notification banner on the Niyo app. If available, follow the steps to complete the process.
Option 2: If the banner isn’t visible or you face issues accessing it, you can use the Re-KYC deep link on your phone:

Option 3: If the app or mobile deep link still doesn’t work, you can complete Re-KYC on a laptop or desktop using SBM Bank’s direct link:
