How to change my registered mobile number in niyo

Hey @Sai_Kumar_Yangala! Regret the inconvenience. We are sorry to let you know that the mobile number update facility may not go live in the near future. For convenience, we are sending the transaction-related OTPs to the registered email.

So that means a student has to carry and maintain the same SIM abroad for the duration of study and cannot change the number associated with the Niyo account? Any alternative?

As we do not have the facility to update the mobile number as of now, we recommend you to have your registered mobile number active during your abroad visit.
Kindly note, that you’ll be receiving transactional-related OTPs on your registered email. To OTPs related to the app will be sent to the registered mobile number only.

Currently, we do not have the facility to update the mobile number. To log in to the app, the OTP will be sent only to the registered mobile number. We are working to facilitate the OTP via email. However, this will take some more time.

We tried reaching out but couldn’t connect. To proceed with updating your mobile number, we kindly request you to submit a bill copy or invoice (prepaid or postpaid) that clearly shows the new number registered in your name.

I changed my phone and now I cannot log in to Niyo app. I am using the same phone number but whenever I try to login I am getting a cancelled message. I tried with e mail ID, Apple ID but the problem is the same. Please help

Support was prompt in calling me and telling me that an app update is taking place and login is possible on the web site.
