1. Original PAN (self-attested)
2. Driving licence
3. If POST PAID: A copy of your monthly bill will be required for verification. (of your new mobile number)
If PRE-PAID: A copy of the payment invoice/receipt will be required for verification.

Hey there! We tried calling but couldnāt connect. We understand how crucial it is to access your account while abroad . Please follow these steps to resolve your login issue:
Uninstall and reinstall the app
Enter your mobile number to trigger an OTP
Tap āMore ways to log inā
Select āApp Login Resolution Guideā
Enter your PAN details followed by your passcode
If youāve forgotten your passcode, tap āForgot Passcodeā after entering your PAN
On the verification page, click āReset Passcodeā
Create a new passcode and try logging in again
