We understand your concern that you want to update your mobile number. Please email us at global@goniyo.com with the below mentioned documents,

1. Original PAN (self-attested)
2. Driving licence
3. If POST PAID: A copy of your monthly bill will be required for verification. (of your new mobile number)
If PRE-PAID: A copy of the payment invoice/receipt will be required for verification.

Once mail is sent, please share us the ticket ID here so that we can help you further.

Hey there! :waving_hand: We tried calling but couldn’t connect. We understand how crucial it is to access your account while abroad :globe_showing_europe_africa:. Please follow these steps to resolve your login issue:

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app :counterclockwise_arrows_button:
  2. Enter your mobile number to trigger an OTP :mobile_phone_with_arrow:
  3. Tap ā€œMore ways to log inā€
  4. Select ā€œApp Login Resolution Guideā€
  5. Enter your PAN details followed by your passcode :key:
  6. If you’ve forgotten your passcode, tap ā€œForgot Passcodeā€ after entering your PAN
  7. On the verification page, click ā€œReset Passcodeā€
  8. Create a new passcode and try logging in again :check_mark:

This should help you regain access to your Niyo Global account! To change your mobile number please write us at global@goniyo.com
from your registered email ID so that we can proceed further —we’re here to help! :blush:
