Hi @jagadeesh7 @saraswathi.r

I have yet to receive any response to my problem. Also, can we use the Niyo Bharat App to apply for a forex card?

Hey @SachinVashisth ,

Thank you for your time over the call. As discussed, your query is currently being reviewed by the relevant team. We’re actively following up on this and will share an update with you at the earliest.

Regarding your query, the Niyo Bharat app is no longer active. You can instead onboard via the Niyo Global app. In partnership with DCB and SBM Banks, you can enjoy zero-forex cards such as the Niyo DCB Debit Card, Niyo DCB Secured Credit Card (lien-backed credit card), Niyo SBM Debit Card, and Niyo SBM Secured Credit Card (FD-backed credit card), making both international and domestic payments simple, seamless, and hassle-free. You should be able to use the card everywhere where VISA services are available.

While initiating the international transactions, the amount will get automatically converted to the desired currency as per the live Visa exchange rates.

Hi @jagadeesh7 please also share with the relevant team the eKYC page for DCB bank opens immediately after pressing the “Resume Onboarding” button, but this happens after 9 pm when no agent from DCB bank is available. Now, at this moment, when I press the Resume Onboarding button, it again shows the white screen.

I’m also using a Pixel 8 and ran into the same unsupported device message after the recent update. I tried reinstalling, clearing cache, and restarting but nothing worked. For now, I can only use the app on a different Android device until Niyo resolves the compatibility issue.
