Not able to login into Niyo money app. Getting cancelled

How about having a basic courtesy by either

  1. Letting us know in advance that an upgrade is on the way and therefore the App and investing is not possible from X date to Y date.
  2. On the app itself a simple notification to state that the App is under upgrade and expect it to start working in x days.

Lack of customer engagement will alienate your customers. We have substantial money insvested through Niyo money, if we loose the trust factor then we’ll move away.

How many days will it take resolve ?

This is pathetic. I am using this app since the last 5 years but recently since few months these issues are getting too rampant. This is very unreliable. I am still stuck to this app. Please resolve this immediately ASAP. Even my SIP is not deducted. Such a shitty service. This is not at all done. Running a business like this is not at all appreciated. Please look and resolve this issue and make the app like it was a year before. We don’t want many features just make sure the existing features works smoothly and that is all what is required in a fintech app.

Any update? I got a call from a Niyo representative saying that iOS users should try in safari browsers and it will work. However, that doesnt work either since investment isnt supported in browsers. Please educate your representatives with basic functionality.

Already looking for ways to migrate away from this app to largely used ones for safety. Pathetic experience.
