Hi Niyo team

On 8th October I ordered

iphone 17 pro max from Niyo global dcb bank card online apple store Dubai.

Apple had authorized the funds INR 123,298 from my dcb bank card. the funds were fully debited from my card.

The next day when apple cancelled the order they removed the authorization hold of RS 123,298 from my card ( authorization code: 622980 )

Apple has completely done their part of refunding the full money but it’s been 17 days but DCB bank has not credited it my bank account.

You can contact apple by calling them they will inform you about the full refund.

Please contact me via WhatsApp calls as I’m traveling international

I really love your product please don’t let me down please help me get my money back I intend to use the card more often internationally.

I have sent my details via DM kindly check & create a ticket with DCB bank & revert back to me

Make it quick cuz it’s already been 17 days and no automatic refund has been credited to my DCB bank

Standard refund processing time is 2–5 working days

Dcb bank has asking me to wait for 55 + days for a simple refund

The apple ( merchant ) has already refunded my full amount AED 5099 rs 123,298.

The standard refund trimmings is 3-5 working days & I have to wait for 50 days? I’ve already waiting for 18 days for automatic refund.

This is worst customer service.

I have received the refund of RS 123,298 thank you for helping out !

But I think there’s a error in calculating my international spending??!

I have not spent 10 Lakhs + in just 6 months you can see my international transactions

Also I have not spent 10 Lakhs + in all my banks combined!!

I think there’s a system error can you kindly recalculate my transactions & allow me to do international transactions without TCS on DCB bank card.

Hey team can you kindly create a ticket with niyo global aswell as dcb & sbm bank

I think the niyo global team has made this calculation error not dcb or sbm bank so the issue lies on you guys

So kindly reverse all the TCS money that’s debited & fix the issue asap

It’s been 6 days and no TCS refunds from Niyo team or dcb team!

And my transactions still shows 14,60,600 rs while I have not done this much at all!

Niyo did not even borther to create ticket nor dcb team

We understand your concern regarding the TCS charges applied to your transactions. However, upon checking with the bank team, we found that since April 2025, your total international transactions amount to INR 1,460,574.20.

As per the Ministry of Finance guidelines, the ₹10 lakh threshold for zero TCS applies to an individual PAN and includes all international spends made across debit cards, remittances, and other eligible transactions.

We kindly request you to cross-check all your Indian bank accounts linked to your PAN to ensure a complete overview of your international transactions.

I have never transacted internationally in any other bank account exce pt han niyo global

I have not did transactions of 14.6L

Please check it carefully & refund the TCS amount you guys have deducted.
