I am customer with niyo global card. I am student and I used my card at an ATM without any withdrawal of cash still 300 euros were deducted.
Anyways the customer support adviced me the refund is initiated within 15 business days still no refund and now it has been more than that. When am I going to get my refund, getting no revert on my emails also, all I am being told is to keep patience.
I am stuck here because of the technical issue but have no money. Please look into this ASAP.
