On 14th december 2024 , I returned from dubai and at dubai airport I submitted my niyo global debit card for dubai vat refund ( planet tax free). Refund process is completed with successful payment on 17th december for which ARN is also generated for refernce, but I disnt receive it in my bank account. Ticket has been raised but it os taking too long for the issue to be resolved CS 1534679.

There is no update, nothing. Relentlessly I am following up …there is no proper communication from bank side. they are just putting standard mail stating ticket has been raised and be patient that’s it. Planet Tax free in dubai has already sent the refund they have valid ARN then why it is taking so long…I need proper explanation

Yes, I was busy at that moment…I tried calling back but I couldn’t reach you. This issue is already taken up multiple times without solution…no need to raise new tickets everytime and keep on postponing the situation
