Hello my name is Pranav. i have ordered a card on 3rd October now it’s been 16 days my card not delivered yet. Really a pathetic experience with niyo. My address is in Telangana so when i am tracking the card after ordering 4 days it’s in Hyderabad but i don’t know why instead of delivering me it shipped to somewhere else and the package is in Assam now. I think it’s the problem of your delivery partner please help me i need that card it’s urgent my travel date is near. If you unable to deliver it please send me a new card.

My address is in Gujarat so when i am tracking the card after ordering 4 days it’s in Ankleshwar 393002 but i don’t know why instead of delivering me it shipped to somewhere else now. I think it’s the problem of your delivery partner please help me i need that card it’s urgent my travel date is 23 october.

@pranav_varanganti we are in constant touch with the delivery partners. They are working on it and we are yet to receive an update. Unfortunately, it’s taking time.

I had completed a Niyo Global SBM Debit Card application on last Sunday (9/11) and had received a message saying:
Dear user,
Your Niyo SBM debit card is on its way! Get ready to track it in the Niyo app. Keep an eye out for your Tracking ID in the next 2 days. Track here: -Niyo
But the link nor the app has still updated on a tracking status and shows an error if I try to order. I have no idea where my card is. Raised this with the support team multiple times via WhatsApp and via mail but have received no updates except for a ticket number 259595. I am set to travel on next Saturday 23rd and this card will be useless if not delivered before it. Please check this on priority.

However, you may visit the nearest DCB Bank branch to open an account, after which we can link it with Niyo so you can enjoy all Niyo benefits.
