Hello , @Deepak @Wasim_Al_Basha . I have ordered niyo global card on 21st july there has been no updates since then and recently i got a mail saying its been dispatched through bluedart with waybill no: 30743577594.
But while tracking it shows that my card is delivered at Mumbai whereas my address is in Kerala . I received no help from the chat system or customer care . I have raised a ticket with no : 1366462.
Please help resolve this as i need to travel next week.

Exactly this is the case for me too … hence i withdrew all amount cause i felt its not safe .
I locked my card my flight on 2nd August now I apply from another vender
That’s good . This is very disappointing, thought niyo is the best Card
How can they deliver the card to another person at another location…this is ridiculous @Deepak @Wasim_Al_Basha pls do something

No i have not ordered a new card i can’t pay for another card again when it is your fault that i don’t get the card .
