Hello!! I have been trying to open the niyo global app (tried both on iOS and Android) but the home screen is stuck on the loading screen. Am currently abroad.

I am out of India So contact me Via whatsapp and I have mailed bank so many times,but no reply from there side, Now you tell what should I do? If it doesn’t resolve soon,I will register my complain with RBI against Niyo and Sbm.

I am using this app since four year but last one month this app is really frustrated me it’s not working even I open app and check my balance or the cards is not open always in maintenance for that. My traveling things are stuck and I am totally appointed with Niyo team

Does does anyone have a same problem like me if you have any solution of that let me know no then join with me
