Balance not reflecting in the Niyo app/account | Transaction successful

@saraswathi.r please take this up on priority. Its going to be almost 48 hrs. I was promised yesterday that the amount would be credited by EOD yesterday.

During our call conversation you were confident that the amount will be credited yesterday EOD i.e on 23rd Jan.

Please let me know the status in every few hours on my number as it a very big amount and i am starting to panic now. And i still cant understand how just an add money option to my Niyo card can delay the addition for 2 days. Please take this up on priority.

Hi Niyo Team

I made a transaction of 10000 to add money into my Niyo DCB Debit card via SBI Bank using Phonepe UPI. The amount was debited successfully but is not added to the Niyo.

I am writing to report an issue regarding a recent UPI transaction that has been successfully completed but the amount has not yet been reflected in my Niyo (DCB) account.

Transaction details:

  • Amount: ₹20,000
  • Date & Time: 13 April 2026, 1:26 AM
  • UPI App: Google Pay
  • From Bank: State Bank of India
  • To: DCB Bank Ltd (Niyo)
  • UPI Transaction ID: 610344947021

The transaction shows as successful in Google Pay, and the amount has been debited from my bank account. However, it is not yet visible in my Niyo app balance.

I have also tried refreshing the app and logging in again, but the issue persists.

Hello. This is Ashwin Kokkadan. I made a transaction 30 mins back through UPI. The transaction was successful. And when i check the balance on DCB bank it reflects the same. However, I haven’t received the usual email I get from DCB bank to confirm the credited amount and in the Niyo app it doesn’t reflect the new balance. I need money very urgently, I’m stranded in another country.

Please note that I’m only available through whatsapp or email as I’m out of India.
