Balance not reflecting in the Niyo app/account | Transaction successful

On 14/1/26, at approximately 1:22 AM, I added money to my Niyo account using the “Add Money” option on the Niyo app via Google Pay (GPay). The amount was successfully debited from my bank account immediately, however, the same has not been credited to my Niyo/DCB Bank account till now. (account number: 17014600029829)

Despite the successful debit, the transaction is still pending on your end, causing unnecessary inconvenience. I request you to kindly look into the matter on priority and arrange for either:

Immediate credit of the amount to my Niyo account, or
A reversal of the debited amount to my source bank account.
I look forward to your prompt resolution of this issue.

As per the update from the DCB Bank team, there was an unexpected downtime from 1 AM - 4 AM.

Could you please refresh the app and check if the transaction is now visible? If it’s still not showing, please let us know, and we’ll take it forward.

I made a transaction of 50000 to add money into my Niyo DCB Debit card via ICICI Bank. The amount was debited successfully but is not added to the Niyo.

Kindly help me out here.
