Account Balance not getting updated from 01/07/2022

Balance is not getting updated on today (1/07/22) morning. The issue everyone facing here is, User is able to credit the funds into the niyo global account and those transactions were also updated in transaction history and getting transaction message. But actually they are not credited into the account in ground level and when u check the balance in any other UPI APPS u can’t see the credited amount. And it shows insufficient funds when we do a transaction

Average monthly balance is also facing the same issue

We recieved the messages that amount has credited, but no mail came and in transactions it is showing that amount credited, but in account balance it is not showing. I checked in other UPI apps . No use. Balance is not updated. I think all were facing the same issue . Kindly resolve asap

@Sudharshan_Reddy yes, there is an ongoing issue and we are working on it. This will be resolved at the earliest.

I had deposited ₹5200 but the balance is still zero.

I transferred 1700 using SBI imps into niyo sbm account, the ammount got deducted from the SBI and IMPS did process but didn’t show up on Niyo Sbm account

Your funds have been credited to your Niyo SBM account. You can see that on the transactions page. Currently, we are facing an issue due to which the balance on the home screen is not getting updated. This has been highlighted to our team. We kindly request you to allow us some time and we’ll have this fixed.

I transfer money 1hr back to my account through phone pe I got mssg and it’s successful that account has been credited 15000 but till now bal is not showing i request you please I beg you
I am standing in hospital to give the money i reques to make it

I have transferred money from my bank account to niyo global account and I got the message too that money has been credited to your account but when I go in niyo global app and sbm mobile app still it is not reflecting and it is showing that o have zero balance

Also i have added 100 rupees its showing 0 rupees not reflecting money . please resolve the issue as soon as possible @Deepak

I have been trying but the money has been credited and is showing in transactions but my balance isn’t updated. Can someone please help me as I’m travelling abroad in a few hours
