The account balance shows 0. whereas according to the statement there have been no transactions to that effect and the statement shows a positive balance.

I transferred 2K INR to my niyo bank using UIP request. The balance has been deducted from my account but hasn’t reflected in my Niyo account yet. It’s been a couple of days. Already filed a complaint but haven’t heard back yet.

We tried calling you at 90xxxx468 but couldn’t connect. We see that you have an existing ticket (ID: 154057) regarding a failed UPI transaction. @Deepak @Preeti Hi, I am trying to use niyo UPI since 2 months but its not working for me, when i try to do self transfer to one of my hdfc bank account it says transaction failed error due to technical issues, i also tried sending to my friends account but there also it says the same issue, what’s the problem? i think the issue is with niyo upi although my dcb bank is working fine with no issues. I have attached some screenshots of errors i get when trying to use niyo upi for sending money, i think this problem is also there when receiving money to my niyo upi ID from another upi app.

@SuryaK.inc Hi any update on the ticket raised? I am still waiting for the issue to be solved, cant use niyo upi still
