Balance not reflecting in the Niyo app/account | Transaction successful

We tried calling you at 789xxxx089 but couldn’t connect. UPI refunds usually take up to 3 working days to reflect in your source account if not credited to your Niyo DCB account. If you’ve received the refund already, please confirm here. If not, let us know so we can escalate it further.

My name is Zubin Jacob and I am a DCB Bank account holder with the Niyo Forex card. Earlier today, I was trying to top up my card with 1,00,000 rupees through a UPI transaction and while the amount was debited immediately from the source account, it is yet to reflect in my DCB account.

Please let me know the reason for this, and where my money is. I followed the exact instructions on the Niyo app to make this payment. I am extremely concerned about

this issue and request your immediate action to resolve it.

Please note that I am currently overseas and can only be reached via Whatsapp or email.

I’m traveling tomorrow; I have transfered 80k today and balance is not reflecting right now. What should I do now!!!

How much time it will take to resolve this issue. The agent from niyo has mentioned there were no such issues with DCB card and now I have used it for first time and not working!!

Hey transferred an amount on 1Lakh INR from my SBI account to DCB Bank account. And another ICICI account to this same. Got a message telling transaction successfull but the balance in app is not updated.

Pls resolve this asap. It’s urgent.
