Hi,
I deposited 73k into my account and then 5k after that. Both the transactions were successful and money was deducted from the sending account. But, the money didn’t show up in my SBM account.
It’s been more than 16 hours still the money doesn’t show up in my SBM account.

Please help. I am travelling abroad soon and it’s causing me issues.

Hi @NIYOCOMM20240921D4JT,

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :raised_hands:

I understand how important this situation is, especially with your upcoming travel plans. Upon checking, it appears that the transactions of INR 73,000 and INR 5,000 were not completed successfully. This can occur due to server issues or high traffic at the time of your deposits.

Rest assured, as per the update from the concerned team, both amounts will be refunded to your source account within 5-7 working days. If the funds do not appear in your account by then, please let us know, and we’ll be here to assist you further.

We appreciate your understanding and patience during this time. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’re here to help!

Dear Preeti

Yes, the debited amount has been credited back. although the ATM charges of around 500(incl. Tax) is still to be returned. I hope I will receive a refund of that as well.

Thanks for your kind assistance.

Hi Sneha, thank you for your confirmation! :raised_hands: I wanted to let you know that, unfortunately, the ATM withdrawal charges cannot be refunded, as they are a one-time fee charged by the ATM merchant. We appreciate your understanding. :innocent:

Dear @saraswathi.r @Preeti
I have taken a free ATM without any surcharge, The amount debit is the account charge which niyo is charging for ATM withdrawals, 425+GST. So for a failed transaction from your end I think it should also be refunded back. over this, usually for first few transactions coins get credited for the amount debited as ATM withdrawal fee. here that has also not happend. already I have lost my money over no gain, had to go through all this hassle, so something should be done in this case.

Hey @SNEHA_C

We understand your concern regarding the ATM withdrawal fee for the failed transaction. Unfortunately, these charges are levied by the bank and cannot be reversed. However, with your Niyo Debit Card and Niyo SBM Credit Card, you get 3 free international ATM withdrawals per quarter!

While a withdrawal fee is initially charged, the same will be reimbursed through Niyo Coins (within 60 days), which you can use to book flights, Visa and any in-app services :calling:

You’ll receive either 3 free international ATM withdrawals or 15,000 Niyo Coins per quarter, whichever comes first.

If it’s been over 60 days and you still haven’t received your Niyo Coins, no worries! Kindly share the transaction screenshot with us at global.escalation@goniyo.com and provide the ticket ID. We’ll make sure to look into it and assist you further.

Hope this helps, and thank you for your understanding :raised_hands:

All of a sudden, the card has stopped working for online transactions. I tried to make a purchase on Apple USA store but the transaction is getting declined despite repeated attempts. I even tried adjusting the amount but it still didn’t work.
Please look into it.

Hey @NIYOCOMM20240921D4JT

We regret the hassle :expressionless: Kindly allow us an oppurtunity to have this checked. Rest assured, we will get back to you with an update shortly.

Thank you!

Okay. Thank you.

Hi, i just tried to do my first international withdrawal in nepal. I have been charged the amount but there is no cash received in hand, also the atm machine itself was old and slow. I even did not receive any teansaction slip from the machine, it just got reset to home page without any intimation or mesaage or slip. I dont find any option in the app to raise a refund for this transaction. Please help me out with the process.
