Recently, I have transacted 5000 to DCB account, but the balance is not reflected in Niyo global app. This was my first transaction to load money into account and had an unpleasant experience.

First I made a transaction from a different account to new DCB account. Money was not reflected in Niyo app

Then again I tried to load money, this I choose new DCB account in my Google pay app and transacted the same 5000. Now even my DCB account balance in Google pay shows 0.

Where has my money gone??

Hii, I have added amount of Rs 5000 to my niyo account as for GBP at 2.35 AM from google pay but till know it is jot showing in my niyo account i also made trial transaction of Rs 100 it is also not showing, i need urgent because i am travelling to abroad tomorrow its very pathetic what to do

Today, I added ₹5000 to my Niyo account via UPI. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank account, but it is not showing in my Niyo app balance.

Please confirm when exactly it will reflect in my account.
