Transaction happened on my SBM Niyo credit card without authorisation. No OTP came. Please resolve.

We tried calling you at 807xxxx762 but couldn’t connect. As per our review, the transaction in question was successfully made to an international online merchant—“PlayStation Network LONDON GB”. Please note that OTP authentication is not mandatory for international merchants, and such transactions can be processed without OTP if the card details are used. If you did not authorise this transaction or haven’t used your card on this site, please email us at global.escalation@goniyo.com from your registered email ID so we can raise a dispute request on your behalf, and please feel free to share with us the ticket ID here..

I have been trying to use Niyo card for payment on the Indonesia visa website, but the transaction is being declined repeatedly.
I tried to make payment from another credit card and that worked, so clearly Merchant is fine, either Niyo card has problem or DCB bank is not allowing for payments to go through.
Can you help resolve this problem? Can someone please explain to me why Niyo DCB payments are failing while other payments are going through?

Thanks for your prompt response on the matter. I was facing some network issues in past 2 days, could you please try and connect with me again?
Would like to highlight issues I see with this transaction. Whenever I had done an international transaction whether online or offline in the past, the original currency is always shown in transaction details on the app along with the converted amount in INR. In this case it should show GBP if this was a London website but it is not.
Also, I have raised a ticket with SBM bank via mail as soon as I received the transaction notification on 11th July but not received any response yet. Should I raise a ticket on Niyo as well to resolve the issue?

Thank you for your time on the call. As discussed, we see that SR1695369 has already been raised with SBM Bank from your end regarding the unauthorized transaction on your Niyo SBM Credit Card. We tried calling you but unfortunately couldn’t connect Just to keep you informed — the issue you’re facing is due to the Bali VISA payment portal not accepting some Indian-issued cards at the moment. This isn’t specific to your card; many users are experiencing the same challenge.
But don’t worry! Your Niyo card works seamlessly in Bali — thousands of customers have used it without any issues for travel, shopping, and dining. Our team is already in touch with the Bali VISA merchant to help enable smooth acceptance of Indian cards, but it might take a little time. We’ll be sure to keep you posted with any updates!

We’d like to inform you that the refund for your ATM transaction was successfully credited on 27th June. The associated ticket (CS1706376) with DCB Bank has also been closed. Kindly check your account statement to confirm the credited amount. It’d be great if you could confirm it with us here.

I was booking for a flight from Mumbai to Delhi and I selected dates from 1 August to 2nd August,but after the payment the ticket showed different dates that was 1st August and return date was 3rd August ,I tried to tell them that this was injustice I selected for 2md August and your site made a mistake of putting that as 3rd August ,their whatsapp chat support is thrash ,their premium isn’t on the level which I thought cause I took niyo premium membership but still I wasn’t getting any benefits at all ,when I try to cancel the tickets after furstation they were only giving me 40 percent of my money ,this is total injustice,so please if any executive is there help me
