Transactions and Refunds on Niyo Cards

I was supposed to take a train to College station from Sherbourne and had tapped my card on the machine at the entrance.
The transaction was declined and unfortunately I had no time to take a screenshot.
May be next time I will take it again

Hi we are individuals travelling from India and our money got debited in Vietnam ATM .. it showed insufficient balance, but balance was sufficient in my account and the amount also got deducted

DCB Bank has shared an estimated turnaround time of June 2 for the mentioned ticket(CS1706376). However, since this is the maximum expected timeframe, the refund may be credited sooner as we’ve requested prioritization. If the refund is credited before that, please feel free to confirm here.

Hello Niyo team.
I had booked tickets with an airline and they couldnt confirm my ticket hence they cancelled the booking. They confirmed that they didnt recieve any money and from my research I got to know that funds are on hold with the bank for a few days. I need the autoreversal to be done on priority as i am a international student and in desparate need of these funds. Please reply to my case on priority as I am stranded without the money with my visa expiring.
