Transactions and Refunds on Niyo Cards

We’ve received an update from the DCB Bank team regarding your concern. As mentioned during your recent chat with their support team, the ₹30,000 was successfully credited to your ICICI Bank account, which was set as the primary account in your Niyo UPI settings at the time of the transaction.

I have enough balance and all transactions activated still my transactions are getting declined and I am struck in a foreign land with no funds.

Kindly contact VISA. I guess they have blocked my card. I can’t contact them. Kindly do it fast. My funds are blocked for the past 2 days.

As per the update from DCB Bank, your card is getting validated at merchant sites. However, to help resolve the issue you’re facing, we’d like to speak with you directly. Kindly share an alternate contact number, as you are abroad, feel free to share your international number along with the country code, and we’ll get in touch to assist you further.

I closed my Niyo credit card on 5th April. It is showing that the FD amount is credited in my bank account but it is still not credited in my bank account after one and half months. I have asked for help from Niyo customer care. It seems they are also clueless. Can anyone tell me what to do.
