Transactions and Refunds on Niyo Cards

Please help me :folded_hands::sob: as soon as possible I am student I don’t have money for my expenses also I’m struck in difficult situation I don’t know how to express my sadness waiting for quicker solution thankyou somuch for taking time and reading my problem I hope so my problem will solve as soon as possible :slightly_smiling_face:

I already got my refund 500 SGD but I didn’t get my ATM withdrawal reversal charges

We tried reaching you but couldn’t connect. As per our check with DCB Bank, your transaction refund was credited on the same day(April 9, 2025). We request that you review your transaction history in the app and download your statement to verify. It would be great if you could confirm the same here.

Thank you @SuryaK.inc. I downloaded the statement and it shows amount was reversed, however the transactions on the app still doesn’t show it reversed which I guess is a technical glitch.
My issue is resolved. Thank you.

Have tried refreshing multiple times earlier but it wouldn’t show. But it’s showing in the statement but not on app. Must be a glitch which your technical team would need to check.

We’ve checked with the DCB Bank team regarding your concern. As per their update, the ATM withdrawal charges won’t be refunded since the issue was related to the specific ATM used and not a fault from DCB’s end. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

There have been multiple fraudulent transaction in my account today early morning. Unable to get through the customer care. Need help urgently

I have credited 30000INR in my a/c by UPI but the money is not reflected.
I need the money urgently please reflect them. I am in UK and I want money urgently.
