I had rented a car in London on April 6th using Sixt through my DCB Debit Card. They had charged a 300 GBP security deposit which was placed on an authorization hold. After returning the car on April 12th, they claim that the deposit was released. I still haven’t received the amount back in my account.

Hello Team,
My card was charged for INR1437/THB572 on 09/April @ 12:05 AM by GRAB Taxi services. However, this ride was cancelled and the hold that was put on the amount was lifted by Grab however there is no amount that was refunded to my account. The company has claimed that the hold was released and the money should have been refunded. Please assist.
