Hi,
I had used my Equitas card for paying a preauthorisation charge in Euros at Paris. It was released on 16th April, but I haven’t received any refund nor does it show up in pending refunds tab in the niyo app. I have confirmed with the hotel regarding release of the charges and they have also provided me with the relevant receipt and asked to check with the bank.
Any idea how long it takes for the refund to be reflected once it has been released?

I got a message on 25-APR-2025, Saying that my fraud transaction’s amount was credited back.
I could even see in the niyo App’s all transaction section statement that my money was refunded.
However, I’m not able to see it on the main balance screen. It is still showing the old balance.
Could you please let me know when can I get the complete reimbursement?

Hi Team, I transferred Rs. 30000 from my bank account to Niyo global account, according to my bank the transaction is successful. However the money is not credited to my Niyo account. This is scary as it is quite a big amount.

Not to worry — the debited amount will be automatically refunded to your source bank account. While the standard turnaround time is 5–7 working days, our team is actively working with the provider to expedite the process and ensure the refund is completed within 1–2 days.

On 21st April, a card transaction failed during processing. I subsequently made a split payment, and the amount was successfully settled on 22nd April. However, I noticed that on 28th April, DCB Bank **initiated a fresh debit for the full amount again without any authorisation from my end. How can the bank initiate the transaction without my consent on 28th? No help till now. How to get the money back? Hotel confirmed that they haven’t got the money
This second debit is incorrect, as the payment had already been completed

511215081510 - For this transaction, I have used niyo global card( dcb bank) to fill fuel at petrol station in France. 200 euros were blocked and the fuel cost was 34.9, the difference is yet to be refunded. It’s been more than 7 days, I’ve been trying to contact the customer support but no proper response
