I had reported two fake/fraud transactions which happened on 16th of April, 2025.
Please find the complaint no : CS1662377
I request you to please rectify this at the earliest, as I have to use my niyo card services for my upcoming travel.
Please escalate this matter and kindly reimburse the amount asap.
Please try to strengthen your security measures as these issues can anyday spike up to a lot of users in a short period of time.

I transferred 30,000 to Niyo dcb account. it was debited from my HDFC account but not reflecting in Niyo balance
