Hey,
No one from DCB bank has tried to contact me, Pranay Kondala from Niyo team contacted me via whatsapp, and told me that my account is blocked and I need to call DCB customer care via my registered mobile number but as I am in Italy right now I can’t do that, he said that he is trying to solve this issue.
Can you please check if there is any other way to verify my account? I have no idea why has DCB blocked my account when I was Transferring money to myself from DCB to my SBI Bank Account.

Hey @Rohan_Chandrashary

Sure, we will have this checked with the Bank and keep you informed of the further updates. Requesting your kindly patience till then.

Thank you!

48 hours are up still nothing being reflected in the account. This is actually scary that it’s taking ages to resolve the matter.

Hey @NIYOCOMM2024120389NZ,

We completely understand your concern and want to assure you that your funds are safe and secure :shield:. Upon checking with SBM Bank, we found that the funds haven’t been credited to your account yet.

Kindly recheck with your source bank :bank: regarding the status of the transaction. If the funds have been debited, they should reflect in your account within 5-7 working days :hourglass_flowing_sand: from the transaction date.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding :pray:. Please feel free to reach out if you need any further assistance—we’re here to help! :blush:

Like I said and mentioned above that I have already contacted the source bank and they did say the transaction was successful and the money has been debited too. So i have no idea what to do next.

@NIYOCOMM2024120389NZ,

:pray: Thank you for confirming! In that case, we kindly request you to wait 5-7 working days from the transaction date. If the funds aren’t refunded or credited to either account by then, don’t worry—we’ll escalate this for you and initiate a chargeback request. :shield:

We’re with you every step of the way and will keep you updated on the progress. :speech_balloon:

Recently I tried to make a payment from Niyo Global DCB Debit card on the Apple website (US) version. The billing address was the same as the shipping address. I wanted it shipped to my friend who is currently in Indiana. I loaded my account with the amount and completed the transaction. I received an email from DCB confirming the debit transaction in my account. However my order got cancelled and it states on the order page that “I have not been billed for it”. Tried contacting Apple and the reason for cancellation was issues in verifying the payment. I have raised an issue with DCB Bank as well. Any guidance would be appreciated.
