I am also facing the same issue since 14-05-2024 . I got refund of Cad $ 418.86 to my Niyo Debit card . That’s still not credited to my account. i have taken up with DCB bank and sent mail to Niyoglobal also.

I have contacted the Niyo customer care and they say that its related to DCB account and i should contact the DCB team.
I have contacted the DCB customer care as well and they say that its related to Niyo and i should talk with Niyo.
Both are trying to pin it on each other and not resolving this.

I have replied on the email to Niyo that DCB is asking me to follow up with Niyo.
Not sure what they will reply.
Looks like this is a common issue for many people using the Niyo DCB card.
Neither DCB nor Niyo is resolving the issues.
Kindly resolve this ASAP.
The hotel has confirmed me that they have deducted only 65 Euros and cancelled the pre-auth and there is nothing else from their side.

They also asked me to follow up with DCB bank. I went to local DCB branch in Mohali . They told me that Niyo will sort out this.
I again complained/mailed to Niyo and they have give me - ticket number as 2302138. More than 26 days have passed and refund is not granted yet. Please trace it.

Hi team,
So I was filling petrol via one of the self service petrol stations in Italy
So in Italy usually you put your card and the maximum amount to fill the petrol shows up to
103 euros and then you put your pin and take your card out and then you fill the petrol, so if you fill less than 103 euros the amount should be debited back to my account
I only filled till around 20-25 euros
Below I have attached the screen shot of the transaction I am talking about.
Please let me know when will I get the remaining amount debited back to my account
I have already mailed this to you but your team says that we will respond by December
