Hello, I sent a mail regarding phone number change on 5th December, 2024, and sent all the documents the support asked for, however, my phone number has not been updated yet. I have sent countless mails, I get the same reply everytime. What else should be done?

However, from your previous comments, I see that for ESFB bank account holders, it is not possible to change the registered number . Has that changed ?
In that case, is it possible for me to login into NiyoX app using email id , instead of mobile number ? Because the number linked to the bank account is no longer active, and I cannot login using that mobile number. I need to carry out some txns from the account and this is blocking me, as I am unable to access NiyoX app

Hey Swathi! Unfortunately, the option to change your registered mobile number is not available for NiyoX app customers. However, you can use Equitas Bankās internet banking Secure Internet Banking Services | Equitas Small Finance Bank for transferring funds as an alternative.

My registered mobile number is 77XXXXX04. Due to some personal reason the number is blocked and not active. So I was searching for changing the registered mobile number but I found there is no option in past post. If any options are there let me know.
Next in GPay it was working well. Till this afternoon. But after that when Iām trying to make payment it is failing in GPay. Iām able to receive the payment in GPay. What would be the reason ? How to fix this ?

Upon checking, we see that your account is with DCB Bank. To successfully update your mobile number, please follow these steps:
Bank Level Update:
- Visit any DCB ATM or your nearest branch to update your new mobile number.
App Level Update:

Once the mobile number is updated, please get back to us with the confirmation email from DCB Bank stating that your number has been updated. Along with the confirmation, kindly provide a copy of your mobile number invoice showing the new number registered in your name.
- For Postpaid Users: Please provide a copy of your monthly bill showing the new number registered in your name.
- For Prepaid Users: A copy of the payment invoice or receipt reflecting your new number is required.
As for the GPay issue, since you are still able to receive payments, we believe the issue might be related to the specific transaction or the app itself. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Ensure your GPay app is updated to the latest version.
- Clear cache and data for the app.
- Recheck your payment details and try again.
Please try initiating the payment once more, and if the issue persists, kindly reach back to us with a screenshot of the error so we can investigate further.
