I’m currently facing two issues with the NIYO application that I need assistance with:
Login Issue – Passcode Not Accepted:
My account is stuck on the “Enter Passcode” screen. Despite entering the correct passcode and even successfully resetting it multiple times (thrice), the app continues to show an “Incorrect Passcode” error. This is preventing me from accessing my account.
Forex Card Application – PAN Attempts Maxed Out:
While trying to apply for a forex card, I entered my PAN details and other information correctly. However, the system kept deducting the number of allowed attempts, and I’ve now reached the maximum limit of 5 attempts without showing the actual issue.. As a result, I’m unable to proceed with creating the bank account.
Could you please look into these issues and advise on the next steps to resolve them?
