Adding new Niyo DCB Account in Niyo App

Hi,

I had issues creating Niyo DCB Account via App so I was instructed to visit a nearby branch and do the same.

I went to DCB - KR Puram branch and opened my Niyo Account on June 15 however that Account is still not visible in my Niyo app.

I will be travelling abroad this month end and will be making extensive use of this account.

Kindly I urge someone from the support team to look into this issue and resolve the same. Already raised a ticket regarding the same for which response is coming very slowly.

The ticket Id is 2313208. Please look into this issue and resolve as soon as possible

Hi I havent got any update on the issue from Niyo Support team. Kindly provide an update as soon as possible so that I can use my DCB Account in my Niyo app as soon as poccible.

To help you get your DCB account updated in the Niyo app as quickly as possible, please follow these steps:

  1. Uninstall the Niyo Global app from your device.

  2. Reinstall the app using the following link: https://niyoglobalone.page.link/dcb-resume-onboarding

  3. Open the app and select the RESUME onboarding option.

  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to update your DCB details.

Your DCB account information should be updated within the next 24 hours.

Have followed the instructions will wait 24 hours to see if it is added or not. If not I will message regarding the same

I also have same issue …was assured resolution but still the issue persists.

No account details as of now visible in app.

Follow the steps sent by Nithin worked after 2-3 attempts.

First login to the app then minimize and click on the dcb-resume-onboarding link

Select the already have an account button then it will show whether you have an account or not. It will then send OTP once you type OTP it will link the DCB account within 24 hours
