I have received a response from DCB Bank and their response is unsatisfactory. Could you please inform DCB Bank that going forward I have filed a complaint to RBI Ombudsman against DCB and Niyo Global for deficiency of services and failing to provide any assistance.

Does Niyo DCB debit card can be used in Amazon.com or Apps like Venmo/Zelle in USA for making transactions

Hey @NALINI0000

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :hugs:

Yes! The Niyo DCB Debit Card works seamlessly in the USA for both online and offline transactions. You can absolutely use it on Amazon.com for your purchases. However, it won’t be supported on Venmo or Zelle.

Hello,

I’m looking for a zero markup card for use in Australia.
In the Niyo app, when I click on “Zero Forex Card”, I can see two options “Express account” and “Standard account” and then it asks for the address details and appointment schedule.
I cannot find the details of card (credit or debit, DCB or SBM) I’m applying for. Please support clarifying this.

Hi @vznu,

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :raised_hands:

We understand that you are trying to onboard with us. We will get in touch with you shortly to assist further. Appreciate your patience.

Hi @vznu,

We tried locating your contact number but couldn’t find any. Just to clarify, both Express and Standard accounts refer to DCB accounts. Express ensures same-day card delivery (on the basis of your PIN code), while Standard delivers in 3–5 working days.

SBM cards are delivered within 3–7 working days after account creation. Kindly DM your number via Profile → Message for a callback so that we can assist your further.

“Earn cash back up to â‚č7,500 in a Financial Year with every valid UPI transaction of â‚č500 or more, subject to the monthly number of transactions stated herein.”

Post on:

Could you please provide more details about the cashback offer mentioned for UPI transactions?
Specifically, I would like to understand what qualifies as a “valid UPI transaction”. Does it include all types of UPI payments, or are there any exclusions (such as transfers to own accounts, wallet top-ups, or failed/reversed transactions)? Also, is there a monthly cap on the number of transactions eligible for cashback? Is this cashback deposit as money to account or something else? By what time does the cashback generally comes?

Looking forward to your clarification.
