Since Equitas no longer has a partnership with Niyo, I am creating an account with DCB bank. I was putting in all my details correctly. The address I need the card to be delivered is different from my Aadhar address. So after I put in the correct address with my pincode - 400070. It shows a message - “Unserviceable location, try again!” What do I do? That’s my address, where I reside and I need the card to be delivered there only.
I am a student travelling abroad so I need the card immediately. Do let me know what is to be done.

We’ve tried reaching you over the call, but couldn’t get connected. We understand the urgency, especially with your travel plans coming up.
Please note that if the DCB onboarding via the app isn’t going through due to the delivery pincode, you can visit the nearest DCB Bank branch to complete the process offline. Once your account is set up, you can easily link it to the Niyo app.
Alternatively, you can also try opening a Niyo SBM account directly through the app. We’re here to help you get started smoothly—feel free to reach out if you need any assistance along the way!
