I have a few more queries regarding Niyo DCB account. If you could help me with that.

  1. What is the savings interest rate as of today? Is it 2.25% or 1.75% If you could please clarify.
  2. The Niyo DCB card which I had received was a black color debit cord with a world map embossed on it (image attached).

But now updated cards are being issued with blue color background (Image attached)

My question is do I have to change the card or could I continue using the card that I have been issued.

If you could address these queries. I would appreciate it much.

Thanks!

  2. Niyo DCB Card Design & Features: Both the black and blue Niyo DCB cards you mentioned come with identical features and benefits, regardless of the color or design differences. The issuance of either card design is dependent on the availability at the time, and you can continue using the card you currently hold without any need to switch. Hey @IlahamWT

Thank you for clarifying my doubts. I appreciate it so much. Regarding the interest rates I have bookmarked the page so that I could check it periodically and keep myself updated. As for the card query, as you have pointed both the cards are same and provide same benefits, I would continue using the existing card and use niyo app for a seamless experience. Once again, thank you for clarifying my doubts.
