Hello @NIYOCOMM20240916IKCU
Welcome to the Niyo Community! :raised_hands:

Sure thing! You can easily add money to your DCB account using any Indian bank account through Fund Transfer (NEFT or IMPS) or UPI, and itā€™s totally free of charge.

Hi I got my Neo Global DCB debit card. I am using it in Singapore. On currency conversion, it is showing conversion rate as ~65 INR. While they charge ~78 INR conversion rate for each transaction! Help to correct this.

Hey @NIYOCOMM20240929C6JI

Welcome to the Niyo Community! :raised_hands:

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that the conversion rates applied to Niyo cards are based on the live VISA exchange rate. As a result, there may be slight fluctuations between the rate you see before completing a transaction and the actual rate debited by the merchant, due to timing differences.

For your convenience, you can always check the exchange rate prior to any transaction using the following link Exchange Rate Calculator | Visa | Visa

If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out our live in-app chat team or write to global.escalation@goniyo.com :innocent:

All transactions are getting charged 20% higher than the rate shown in currency conversion tool. TCS tool is showing INR 0 for 7lacs limit.

I have done a trial transaction and it was told that it will get refunded but it has been 10 days and thereā€™s no refund as such. I have raised couple of queries with the whatsapp support, but the service has been very very poor. Iā€™m scared to load money into it for my upcoming international transactions. Need suggestions!

So kindly help me to close this account

I understand youā€™d like to close your Niyo DCB account. Hereā€™s how you can do it:

  1. Visit a DCB Branch: You can go to any nearby DCB branch to close your account. Please carry a government-issued ID and your DCB card (if you have one).

  2. Close Online: If you prefer to close your account online, you can email customercare@dcbbank.com with your request.

Please note that since the Niyo Global app is currently in the BETA phase, it may take a bit of time to process the account closure, and transactions will no longer be functional during this period.
