Need help with Login to Niyo app

Good evening,
Thanks to niyo customer care for my help to change my new number. Specially mr @Nith_In i am so thankful to you for your help regards my problem, he stay so calm and nice to me all the time and understand my situations thoroughly. And all the time he call me to give all the updates. Again thankyou so much @Nith_In :heart::heart:

Unable to login to Niyo app. Everytime I try to login with the PIN it says, Somwthing is wrong, try again. The PIN is correct but something is wrong with the app. I teied to reinstall and login, but now the app is not sending any OTP to login. I am stuck. Please help.

Hello, from a couple of weeks, I am not able to receive otp on my email to reset my password. At this point I am stuck and not able to login to the bank account.

I would appreciate any help to fix this

Sorry to hear you’re having trouble receiving the OTP for passcode reset. Please note, the process involves two OTPs—first sent to your registered mobile and the second to your email after entering the first. Check your spam/junk folder. If the issue persists, email a screenshot of the halted page to global.escalation@goniyo.com and share the ticket ID here—we’ll take it from there and assist you further.

The issue still persists, I am not getting OTP on E mail , I have checked the Spam/Junk Folder and have also re- installing the application.

My ticket No is as mail received " Your ticket number is 215347 " .

Please rectify the same urgently, as I am travelling now.

I am unable to login to my account neither via app nor through web browser.

The app is neither taking my biometrics, nor it is accepting the otp, how can I login to my account.
