Hi, I’m an Indian User, using the Niyo mobile app and I would like to link multiple niyo bank accounts under the same email address for ease of access and management. This would help consolidate my financial data and streamline my experience within the app.
I’m looking for guidance on how to set up multiple bank account connections in a single email session, as well as the process involved in linking them efficiently.

I’m glad you asked about managing multiple Niyo accounts. With the Niyo Global app (the dark blue one), you can indeed manage all your Niyo accounts in one place, whether it’s the Niyo DCB Debit Card, Niyo SBM Credit/Debit Card, or even the Niyo Equitas Debit Card, if you have one. You only need one email ID, and the app will consolidate all your accounts for easy management—no need to juggle between different apps or logins!
Could you let me know which Niyo account you currently hold? Everything should work seamlessly if you’ve already used the same email ID for all your accounts. If, however, you’ve used different email IDs, no worries! You can either reach out to your bank to update them, and then we can assist on our end to get everything sorted for you.

I currently hold a Niyo DCB Bank account and I would like my account management more streamlined as I plan to open another DCB account soon.
Thanks for asking! You can only have one Niyo DCB account, but you can still open a Niyo SBM account, which offers similar benefits and comes with both credit and debit card options. You can easily manage both accounts in the same Niyo app.
