Thank you Nithin for helping out. I have got my cash delivered. One feedback please - On the whatsapp chat module, please give customer the information on how to reach this community and how to escalate. The emails that I had sent received automated replies, the whatsapp chat promising me a callback never happened. This scares the shit out of a customer and a bad indicator for customer retention. A good way to achieve organic growth in this segment would be word of mouth marketing, and while I got my cash, the full story would probably drive away potential customers. I had a great response during my Bali travel, but it was because I had a dedicated person pre-assigned since he came to deliver my card. This time it was app only request and it did not go very well. Please take this as a constructive feedback.

I ordered forex cash on 26 Sep. Its been 4 days already but I have not received any response on the whereabouts of my cash. I have to travel tomorrow on 1st October night and still dont know if they have any intention to deliver my cash or is it just a fraud. Such a pathetic customer service who dont even respond to your queries before sending their feedback link. Seems like the whole system is being run by bots and the owner of the company is just minting money from defrauding people.

If i cancel the order they are not ready to return the gst, which is another illegal activity. If youre cancelling a service or product how can you deduct gst? Its like youre earning from gst when you get it back.

You should cancel the order free of cost if youre not able to deliver a service, why should I pay for your inability?

Please never use this forex cash service, they’re fraud.

The least i can expect is to get cash delivered today itself

Any idea when rest would be processed?

We tried calling you but were unfortunately unable to connect. Please note that for the forex cash delivery an agent has not yet been assigned to your transaction, and it has not been processed from our end. Cancelling the transaction at this stage will help you receive a full refund, including GST and the convenience fee.

Continuing the discussion from Forex cash delivery at home:

I ordered forex cash delivery on 28th September and the status is stuck at delivery agent yet to be assigned. Its been 2 days already and need the cash to be delivered by today or tomorrow morning at the earliest as I have to travel tomorrow.

I have tried reaching out in the support chat but there was no response except a bot generated message.

It is very urgent can someone from team look into this.

I booked Forex cash for my travel. It was supposed to get delivered by yesterday as per the 24 hours delivery promise, but delivery parter has not been assigned even now.

The delivery date has now been changed on the app to 3rd October, which is too late (72 hours delay). Very unprofessional and highly disappointed. Note that, the date was changed by Niyo and not me.

Kindly help me with a FULL refund including GST and all the other charges (and not just the forex cash equivalent).

PS: I will not be reachable on phone, since my travel starts anytime soon.

I haven’t received any update from your side after the call, you had mentioned to update by 10.30am. it’s already 11 am. If it’s not possible to deliver by 12.30 to 1pm please refund the complete amount with GST.

If you are not able to deliver on the date as promised by you it needs to be intimated to us.
