I need forex cash delivered at my residence. I understand DCB is added this new feature in the app.
I would like to know when this will start as I am traveling to Europe by 20 th April next month.

I asked you whether it will be possible to deliver forex cash at New Delhi railway station on 21 st April as we will be traveling to new delhi to catch our international flight.
Hey @anup1234, unfortunately, the service is currently available only in Pune, Mumbai, and Bengaluru. However, we’re working on expanding to more cities soon. Appreciate your understanding! 
@Niyo I do not have forex delivery in my area in Mumbai. However, I can get it delivered to my friend’s place. Is it allowed?

I request you humbly once again to allow the forex cash delivery at Kolkata for Kolkata customer like me. I am getting handicapped because of this as Niyo is not becoming a one source solutions for all international needs. please look into this urgently.
I request Niyo to consider domestic lounge pass as well like international airports in vogue right now.
Second request - in case of international airports outside India, please take up the issue of longer duration of layover at that airport for connecting flight with the third party lounge providers in case to case basis rather than maximum 2 or 3 hrs stay restrictions at the lounges as prevalent now.

Regarding lounge access, it’s presently limited to international airports outside India. We truly appreciate your suggestion and will definitely share any updates through our community channels if things change.

Hello, I was going through your rules for local currency withdrawal while in Europe. your app suggest there may be charges by Foreign ATM bankers on the withdrawal of local currency by Niyo DCB Debit cards. what could be charges by them . Do you have any ideas.?
In fact, i was trying your ATM niyo simulator, but it is not working at all. Message displayed all the time - something went wrong.please try after sometime. please help
15 to 20 days have already elapsed since your launch of Forex cash delivery - new icon, but in Kolkata you have not made any arrangements.
i will be leaving for Europe trip on 20 th April,2025. By then, whether it will be possible for forex cash home delivery at Kolkata?

1. Please note that we do not have more information on ATM charges levied by other global banks, however, they might be 5-6% of your withdrawal amount. We recommend checking directly with the respective bank before making a withdrawal.
2. We’re sorry to hear you’re facing issues with the ATM locator in the app. The feature shows nearby ATMs without specific filters. Kindly share a screen recording of the error at global.escalation@goniyo.com and share your ticket number here so we can assist you further.

Regarding your concern regarding the Forex cash, currently, our Forex cash delivery service is available only in Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune, and Delhi. Unfortunately, it is not yet available in Kolkata. We’re actively working on expanding this service and will keep you posted on any future updates.
- As you are saying that Forex cash delivery is now available in Delhi, can it be possible to deliver the required forex ( Euro) at New Delhi railway station on 21 st April when we arrive there from kolkata to catch our international flight. ? please help
