If there is any issue on your end in delivering on the given date it should be intimated to us beforehand and also along with the chat support it will be beneficial if we can get the contact support as well.

I booked Forex cash for my travel on 1st october but till nowi have not received any update and delivery parter has not been assigned even now.
I tried to contact via chat support and mail but there is no help and reply . This is very crucial as my travel date is near.
Please help to check the status and expedite the process ,my money is blocked with Niyo and there is no contact channel or physical location mentioned where i can go and collect cash myself as well.
